This pool, overlooking the grounds of the National Golf Club of Canada, was designed by PPL Aquatic, Fitness & Spa Group Inc., of Mississauga, Ontario, to give the client a place to relax while taking advantage of the stunning scenery.
The infinity edge of the 12.2- x 4.6-m (40- x 15-ft) concrete pool seamlessly blends with the picturesque course, creating an unobstructed view for swimmers. Custom granite walkways, installed over a shallow reflecting pond, provide a serene and peaceful pathway leading to the pool. Two jumping jets were also installed to create a playful touch to the pool experience, while underwater lighting throughout the pool enhances the custom-crafted design. Every aspect of the project was carefully considered to ensure it was not only functional but also cohesive with its surroundings.
