In honour of International Women’s Day, Dazzle Curated Water Care Brands unveiled their leadership program aimed at empowering early and mid-career women to advance in the water care field.
Members of the program will have access to gender-specific mentoring, resources, training, and professional networking. Long-term program initiatives include access to a members-only LinkedIn Learning Platform, tailored courses, and gender-specific training. Additionally, the Dazzle team will host women-focused networking opportunities at training events across Canada.
The goal of this program is to attract, develop, and retain the future generation of women who are passionate about a career in the water care industry.
