Ontario is now home to Canada’s largest outdoor pool

Located near Grand River and Lake Erie, Ontario’s largest outdoor pool is situated in Byng Island Conservation Area and can hold up to 1,000 people.

The 190-ha (469-acre) conservation area encompasses Carolinian forests, the river, wetlands, and creeks.

The pool remains open throughout summer and will close for the season on Labour Day.
