A sleek 48-storey Seattle condo tower in the Belltown neighbourhood is crowned with the city’s first cantilevered rooftop sky pool.

The development is a collaboration of Vancouver, B.C. firm Westbank, architect James KM Cheng, and Seattle glass artist John Hogan.

The rooftop of the condo features a 25-m (82-ft) lap pool cantilevered out over the city on the 47th floor with two hot tubs.
