IPS Controllers has achieved NSF International certification on its full line of chemical controllers for swimming pools, spas, and water features.
Certified under NSF/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 50 – 2010, Equipment for Swimming Pools, Spas, Hot Tubs and other Recreational Water Facilities, the company’s controllers are designed with simple, push-button technology and make water maintenance easier by monitoring, adjusting, and dispensing the correct amount of chemicals based on user demand.
“We have been driven since the beginning to develop products that meet the stringent NSF performance standard,” said the company’s CEO, Chuck Woolstenhulme. “It’s a complicated business of keeping pool and spa water cleaner and safer, and our customers appreciate the additional peace of mind knowing that our controllers perform to the highest standards.”
By achieving NSF certification, IPS controllers now also meet the requirements and guidelines of California Energy Code (Title 24), The Energy Efficiency Standards for Residential and Non-residential Buildings, which requires chemical feeders to meet the NSF/ANSI 50 – 2010 performance standard.
