Canadian General Tower (CGT), a manufacturer of vinyl sheeting for swimming pool liners in Cambridge, Ont., has received its eighth Golden Cylinder award from the Gravure Association of America.
The award for ‘technical innovation’ was based on CGT’s Hudson Plaza design.
“The advantage of what we create at CGT lies in the core of our products,” said the company’s head of industrial design, Dominika Marcisz. “The perfect finish symbolizes our demand to create vinyl that is innovative and well-crafted.
“Starting with a superior foundation is important; once you have that high-quality base product adding gorgeous designs is icing on the cake.”
According to the company’s pool market director Dennis Chamberlain, this award-winning pattern has also been well received by homeowners and pool builders.
