1. Cedar Fair Entertainment Company has signed an agreement to acquire two waterparks in Texas which were purchased for US$261 million.[2]

2. Premier Pools & Spas (PPAS) has opened two new locations in Cleveland, Ohio and Wichita, Kan. PPAS has built more than 70,000 pools.[3]

3. Hayward Industries Inc. has recalled its negative pressure vents for gas pool heaters, they are not the proper size and can allow carbon monoxide to leak.[4]
