The VG1, Soundcast’s latest wireless audio system, is a Bluetooth speaker that will fill a backyard pool party with high-definition portable sound. It is shock absorbent and waterproof, making it the speaker ideal for indoor and outdoor use. The speaker is crafted with 51-mm (2-in.) aluminum drivers, which include powerful neodymium magnets, rear-firing weighted bass radiator, and digital sound processing to produce rich audio. The VG1 also works via voice command and features a built-in microphone for conference calls. The volume can be adjusted or a track can be paused using the speaker’s onboard controls. It has a 9-m (30-ft) range and the rechargeable battery will last for up to 15 hours.
