The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) has created a $5,000 grant in honor of Dr. R. Neil Lowry, a well-known educator and consultant in the North American pool and spa industry, and a long-time member of PHTA and the Recreational Water Quality Committee (RWQC).
