The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) has called on Vetted Solutions, a Washington, D.C.-based executive search firm, to help the association recruit and evaluate candidates for the position of president and chief executive officer following the planned departure of William Weber come year-end.
Working with the APSP CEO search committee, which is comprised of member company representatives, Vetted Solutions developed an executive position profile to inform potential candidates about position requirements and provide an overview of the industry. The profile contains a scope of the position, experience required, key responsibilities, and measures of success, among other criteria.
