A new partnership between the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) and Piscine Global will see the former’s 2013 International Awards of Excellence gold winners participate in the Pool Vision awards program in Lyon, France.
Twenty-four projects will be on display at the show in France and three of them will win the gold award in the following categories: residential swimming pool, commercial swimming pool, and spas.
“APSP is proud to partner with Piscine Global and the Pool Vision Awards Program,” said APSP CEO and president, Rich Gottwald. “We have a tradition of honouring the world’s premier pools, spas, hot tubs, and water features and the Pool Vision Awards are a natural fit for elevating and celebrating the art of aquatic construction.”
This is the second year for Piscine Global’s Pool Vision design program, which has also extended its project selection to the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
The APSP International Awards of Excellence program, which is open to members only, recognizes and rewards installations of pools, spas, hot tubs, and water features that showcase the most beautiful and creative work in the industry. Hundreds of entries are submitted each year, representing member firms from around the world.
Pool Vision is an international competition targeting pool builders and architects and focuses on the design of swimming pools worldwide. The purpose of this competition is to propose a wide range of pool projects to Piscine Global visitors to illustrate the large possibilities of design and building technologies available on the market.
