Pool cover manufacturer Automatic Pool Covers has added four additional members to its engineering department.
Lance Delp was hired to the position of engineering manager. He has 25 years of experience in product design and manufacturing engineering and is excited to oversee the rapidly expanding team of engineers at APC.
In previous roles, Delp led multiple capital investment projects that generated more than $100 million in revenue. He has experience in the automotive, lighting, and transportation industries. Sophie Lutes and Leonard Baker were added to the team as product design engineers. Lutes was hired after graduating with her mechanical engineering degree from Miami University in Ohio. Baker joined in 2020, bringing 30 years of experience in product design to the team. Leonard joins the team after spending almost three decades with Wabash National: WNC where he led several multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects and was granted more than 20 patents.
Lastly, Jimmy Redstone joined the engineering team as engineering specialist after working in operations for five years.
