Hayward Pool Products Canada has eliminated the monthly subscription fee for its Aqua Connect® Web remote pool management system, making the service more affordable for both pool owners and service professionals.
The Oakville, Ont.-based residential/commercial pool equipment manufacturer designed the management system to appeal to busy pool owners who may travel frequently or have multiple pools in various locations. The system allows owners to monitor, control and act on potential pool problems remotely, from the office or road, using any Wi-Fi device (e.g. laptop or smartphone), while pool professionals can monitor and control all of the swimming pools on their routes, putting them in direct contact with hundreds of their customers’ pools simultaneously.
“Now, without the monthly subscription fee, service professionals can reach out to pool owners who may have been skeptical about the need for the Aqua Connect Web—particularly those with shorter seasons,” says the company’s product manager, automation and backyard synergies, Greg Fournier. “This also helps service providers put the emphasis back on Aqua Connect Web’s number one attribute, the pool owner’s peace of mind their pool is being watched over.”
