The National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF) has launched five international websites in an effort to make its educational courses and materials more accessible to help keep pools around the world safer and more efficient.
The websites are tailored to serve local pool and spa professionals in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Panamá, whereby visitors are greeted in their language and culture. Courses can also be purchased online in each country’s currency.
“Each site speaks to the individual who is visiting,” said NSPF international business development manager, Silvia Uribe. “While all of these countries are primarily Spanish speaking, they each have their own identity.”
Thomas M. Lachocki, PhD, NSPF CEO and Pool & Spa Marketing editorial advisory board member added: “Professionals around the world are working to protect our children and families from illness, drowning, and injuries. The first step is prevention through education.”
