As the clock hit midnight on October 19, York Region rolled back to modified stage 2 restrictions as a result of increased COVID-19 cases in the region.
Despite this, the pool at Newmarket, Ont.’s Magna Centre on Mulock Drive remains open with capacity restrictions. However, aqua fitness classes have been cancelled over the next 28 days, and all memberships will be put on hold, according to a Town of Newmarket news release.
