Natural Chemistry, a manufacturer of specialty pool and hot tub chemicals, is expanding its water treatment product offerings with the agreement to acquire the assets of SeaKlear, a division of HaloSource Inc.
“We are delighted to add the SeaKlear range of products to Natural Chemistry, and to offer our customers a choice between two great brands,” said Natural Chemistry’s CEO, Mark Munford.
Natural Chemistry’s president, Kate Thielscher, added: “SeaKlear, like Natural Chemistry, has a strong record of innovation and this is one of the things that appealed to us about the business.”
HaloSource CEO, Martin Coles, said the transaction is win-win for both companies.
“It allows the SeaKlear business to flourish under the sales and distribution reach of Natural Chemistry while allowing HaloSource to focus on growing its drinking water purification business.”
