CMAHC announces changes to the MAHC update process

The Council for the Model Aquatic Health Code (CMAHC) has made changes to the Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC) update process.[1]

The modifications—which are currently underway—are based on participant feedback after the last update cycle and are designed to help increase opportunities for member engagement and discussion. Some of the adjustments include:

Sixty-eight change requests for the next edition of the MAHC have already been submitted to the CMAHC and are available to review at www.cmahc.org/view-change-requests.php[2].

Additonally, the council is searching for its next technical director. The position entails driving the organization’s research agenda and works to expand understanding of the MAHC.
