Fairland Group, pool heat pump manufacturer and marketer of technology such as robotic cleaners and inverter pool pumps, has revealed a participation in Moov Holding, owner of Moov Pool Products USA.
According to the president of Fairland Group, the recent investment in Moov Pool Products USA is another example of Fairland’s philosophy of using strategic partnerships to expand the company’s position in new markets with innovative technology and global market presence. This transaction closed on September 23, 2023.
“Our approach to the U.S. market requires local representation with strong distribution and after-service support. We feel that establishing a clear strategy with technology products tailored to the requirements of the North American market will enable our group to offer a competitive alternative to the professional pool builders, dealers, and servicers.”
