Oklahoma’s $400M resort’s indoor waterpark starts upgrades

The new OKANA resort and indoor water park in the Horizons District of Oklahoma City is coming to life as construction continues. The resort has currently undergone many updates to its indoor water park, family entertainment centre, and hotel.

Per a report by Kfor, the upgrades include adding a 9,290 m2 (100,000 sf), two-level indoor waterpark, the wave pool has been drained out, the kid’s pool has been drained out, the water slides are installed, the lazy river is almost poured out, and the pool deck concrete is being added.

Apart from the pool and waterpark, the family entertainment centre and hotel are also undergoing major updates.

The $400-million resort is set to open in 2025.
