Pool cover installer expands builder support team to improve service

Cover Care, a North American full-service company specializing in installation and maintenance of automatic pool covers, has expanded its builder support team to 12 members.

The builder support representatives (BSR) have been trained in the design, manufacture, and construction of automatic pool covers, allowing them to assist customers, help with cover design, place orders for automatic covers, and troubleshoot potential problems over the phone.

“The expansion of this department is part of the company’s commitment to ongoing improvement to the customer service for pool builders in our industry,” says Jacob Bloss, director of operations for Cover Care. “We are excited to have these excellent, customer-focused team members as we do everything possible to provide the best service to our builders.”

One of the services this department provides is the ability to support installers and builders with all forms of communication.

“Not only do we answer our phone, but we also have dedicated text messaging phones so installers can quickly text us photos and messages in addition to answering emails, and we even still receive and process faxes for those who prefer to work with the fax machine,” says Shannon Facey, customer service manager. “Our goal is to make it easy for our customers to do business with us, and our efficiency allows us to ship the right product faster.”
