After a difficult two years for the industry, water attractions manufacturer WhiteWater has provided its services to more than 70 water park projects, ahead of the 2022 season.

In addition to water parks and theme parks, the B.C.-based company has assisted with a variety of projects in 23 countries, including hotels and resorts, municipalities, and large residential communities.

Some of the projects in North America include:

  • Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park in Wisconsin: The SlideWheel, a rotating waterslide attraction.
  • Soaky Mountain Waterpark in Tennessee: The Blasterango Battle, a side-by-side duelling ride.
  • Orlando World Centre Marriott in Florida: A new slide tower, and the translucent “Reef Plunge” in SeaWorld’s Aquatica.
  • LEGOLAND in New York: A water playground with AquaSplash toys and the AquaPlay 1050.
  • Raging Waters Los Angeles, Sandcastle Waterpark in Pennsylvania, and Wet’n’Wild Emerald Pointe in North Carolina: New “Bombs Away” body slides with AquaDrop and Flatline Loop.
  • Wild Rivers in California: A grand opening with seven aquatic complexes.

Other projects include water parks in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and South Asia; indoor aquatic facilities in Europe; a hotel in Latin America; and a cruise ship with Royal Caribbean.

Services range from waterslides, water play, and water rides, to artificial surf, architectural design, and software as a service.
