
In conjunction with the launch of Pleatco’s redesigned website, the company has also introduced a new mobile app for pool and hot tub service professionals.
The free app, called Pleatco PoolMate®, is a self-management tool that allows pool and hot tub service professionals to quickly and easily manage their schedules and tasks while in the field, at the office, or at home. With the app, service technicians can:
- Create a customer and supplier contact database;
- Set appointments and reminders;
- Track jobs via a personalized PoolMate calendar;
- Track and export service call details;
- Search for Pleatco filter products;
- Locate nearby suppliers and access GPS maps; and
- Access helpful videos and customize app screens.
Designed for use on Apple or Android devices, the app can be downloaded via iTunes, Google Play, or Pleatco.com. Each account is ‘cloud synced,’ giving users full online functionality via the company’s new website.
