
Online attendee registration for the 2014 Atlantic City Pool & Spa Show, which will take place Jan. 27-30 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in New Jersey, is now open.Online registration is available via the show website (www.ACPoolSpaShow.com), where information is accessible 24-7. Attendees who register before Nov. 30 will receive early registration discounts. Members of the Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) and the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) who register before Nov. 30 can attend the technical seminars at the show for free. Educational courses will run Jan. 27-30, while the exhibit floor will be open Jan. 28-30.
The show’s educational conference will feature more than 50 technical seminars in beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. In partnership with the APSP, the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF), and the National Plasterers Council (NPC), the show will offer a number of certification courses as well. The show’s business education program will also provide more than 25 courses on topics such as online marketing tools, and inventory and employee management strategies.
“Coming out of the show last year, there was a resounding feeling that the pool and spa industry was making a rebound from the recession,” said show manager, Trish McCormick. “This year’s education conference and show floor will give our attendees the tools they need to capitalize on this positive momentum and help them build their businesses in 2014 and beyond.”
A new feature for the 2014 event will be an Atlantic City Pool & Spa Show app, which can be downloaded to any Android or Apple device to allow attendee’s to create a customized show itinerary. It will also have an interactive floor plan that will be updated in real-time to allow attendees to map out their visit to the show.
